Gelt’s fast-growing Storage portfolio currently comprises 700,000 net rentable square feet across the country. Our storage investments offer attractive risk-adjusted returns to investors and have consistently outperformed since the inception of our storage vertical in 2018. We seek to acquire well-located, high-quality, core +, value add, and opportunistic assets with longer hold periods and significant downside protection.
